1. The Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Efficient Force Solutions Pty Ltd trading as EFS Solar, ABN 38 607 956 436 ("EFS Solar", "we", "us", "our"). Questions about this promotion can be directed to 1300 911 736 or support@efssolar.com.au.

2. The Promotion & promotion period

The "Winter Bill Buster" promotion (the "Promotion") is open to eligible customers who enter into a contract with EFS Solar to purchase an eligible solar and/or battery system during the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026. A contract must be entered into before the end of the Promotion Period to qualify. EFS Solar may extend or close the Promotion earlier only in accordance with clause 8.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a reward under this Promotion, you must:

  • be aged 18 years or over and the contracting customer for the installation address;
  • enter into a contract for an eligible system during the Promotion Period;
  • have the system installed by EFS Solar and meet all payment and (where applicable) finance-settlement obligations;
  • submit a valid claim in accordance with clause 5; and
  • not cancel or withdraw from the approved contract.

An "eligible system" means any solar and/or battery system purchased from and installed by EFS Solar during the Promotion Period.

4. Your reward

Eligible customers will receive a prepaid Visa gift card to the value below, based on the system installed under the qualifying contract:

  • Solar system only — $250 prepaid Visa gift card;
  • Battery system only — $250 prepaid Visa gift card;
  • Both a solar and a battery system — up to a combined maximum of $500.

Only one claim is permitted per approved contract. If your system changes before or during installation, your eligible reward may be adjusted to match the system actually installed.

5. How to claim

After your installation is complete (and, where finance applies, once finance settlement is complete), EFS Solar will send you a claim email. You must submit the claim form within 60 days of receiving the claim email. We will review your claim against these terms and, if approved, issue your gift card by email within 5 business days (up to 10 business days during busy periods).

6. About the prepaid Visa gift card

  • The gift card is a digital eGift card issued by Activ (activgiftcard.com.au) and is subject to the issuer's terms of use provided with the card.
  • The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase — the exact expiry date is shown on your eGift card, below the PIN — and must be used before it expires.
  • The gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another product or service.
  • Once issued, EFS Solar is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen or not used before expiry; please contact the issuer.

7. When you won't be eligible

You will not be eligible for a reward (or a reward already issued may be treated as void) if: the contract is cancelled or withdrawn; installation is not completed; the claim is not submitted within the required timeframe; any information provided is false or misleading; or finance or other payment obligations remain unmet.

8. Changes to the Promotion

We may vary, suspend or withdraw this Promotion where reasonably necessary (for example, for legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons). Any such change will not affect claims that have already been validly submitted or approved before the change takes effect.

9. Privacy

We collect the personal information you provide in order to administer this Promotion and process your claim. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at efssolar.com.au/privacy-policy. By submitting a claim, you consent to us using your information for these purposes.

10. General

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • To the extent permitted by law, EFS Solar is not liable for any loss arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the gift card, except where such loss cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • This Promotion is a cashback offer determined by eligibility, not a game of chance, and no purchase is entered into any draw.
